The Consultancy Process
We can analyse any previous soil tests you may have had in the past to see the history of the soils and soil biology and where improvements can be made. if needed, we can advise on new testing*.
We offer diagnostic soil testing through our various laboratory contacts. Not all testing is the same or appropriate, so we offer a bespoke service to each of our clients based on their needs.
When the results are ready, we interpret and evaluate the analysis to produce a report with observations and recommendations to meet the specific requirements of your soil or plant.
We look at the whole biology of the soil and if your soils need something that we don’t supply then we will recommend products from someone who can.
*Laboratory testing is not included in the free consultancy and will incur a charge.
This whole process is about enhancing and increasing your soil’s health,so that IT’S working at AN optimum level to increase productivity and quality.
We have been active in the research and study of soils and soil biology and in soil and plant analysis since 1991, with it being a driving force behind the technology and innovation that led to the inception of DCT and the creation of its products.
Soil, Plant, Leaf, Sap or Microbial testing can inform what’s happening, such as what nutrients are needed, if there is an imbalance or contamination, but that’s only part of the story, soil is a living system and quite often we see that there is an excess of a mineral in the soil but that mineral is deficient in the plant, this is where our understanding of soil-biology and mineral balances allow us to go beyond just reading the results and applying nutrients.
Our years of experience and knowledge of being in the field visiting clients properties digging holes, testing brix, smelling soil amongst other things,
seeing how our and other products work, change, remediate and are utilised by the plant and soil,
